today, we (Nazmi,Syidi,Aiza,Adibah and ME) went to trauma or emergency department
we had given a short brief by Sir Balu...medical officer there. he quite a fun man and very talkative
he gave us lots of information
I'm not very sure but for that hospital...at the emergency unit, there were 2 stage before patients being treat
it call as TRIANGE (France word, if not mistaken)...there were first triange and second triage...
at the first triage, patients that come to the hospital will be separated according to colour
before i move on, there is a colour coding...there have tree colours which are green, yellow and red..
as usual, green just for normal pain at which patients could wait for 60-120 minutes
next is yellow at where patients that are not to be said so critical but they still can wait for 15-30 minutes
critical patients go to red colour as patients are really serious that need to be treat as fast as cheetah (said by SuhanaNB)
